Job Description
As our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across SDRs and other roles critical to our success. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build a high-performing team that aligns with Pipeline Gurus’ culture and vision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience hiring for fast-paced, sales-driven organizations.
Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for SDRs and other roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, Marketing, Operations).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs through sourcing channels like job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screening and Interviewing - Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with Pipeline Gurus’ values.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine role profiles and improve recruitment processes.
Candidate Experience - Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
Employer Branding - Position Pipeline Gurus as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance employer brand visibility.
Recruitment Analytics and Strategy - Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction).
- Use data insights to optimize recruitment strategies and forecast hiring needs.
Onboarding Support - Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the onboarding process.
Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
