Job Description:
We are hiring a "Recruiter" for our sister company NOK Courier (shipping and postal services),
Located in Maadi.
JD:
-Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
-Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
-Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's qualifications.
-Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
-Design and update job descriptions.
-Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
-Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree.
-2+ years of experience in the same field (Shipping companies background is a must).
-V.good English level.
-Proficiency in Excel.
High Communication Skills.
