NOK Courier is seeking a talented Blue-Collar Recruiter to join the team (Shipping companies background is a must).
*Location: Maadi.

JD:
· Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
· Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
· Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's qualifications.
· Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
· Design and update job descriptions.
· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree.
· 1+ years of experience in the same field (Shipping companies background is a must).
· Good V.good English level.
· Proficiency in Excel.
· High Communication Skills.
