As a Recreation Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the recreation team to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Recreation Supervisor will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Distribute, delegate and direct workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor and material. Monitor and evaluate team member performance. Maintaining and supervising pool and beach. Ensuring items are stocked, inventory is checked and maintained Plan and monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards Select and train Recreation team members in proper work procedures and techniques Assists in dealing with guest needs, emergencies and/or extra services for guests Communicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information Preparing of annual budgets and monthly forecasts alongside Head of the Department
