Job Description

  • Attract new clients through calls and networking.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Arrange site visits for clients to showcase properties.
  • Provide accurate descriptions of properties, including location, amenities, market value, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Listen to client requirements and identify suitable property options.
  • Offer tailored solutions that align with client budgets and aspirations.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients and property developers and owners.
  • Ensure all legal and administrative documentation is completed accurately.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Stay updated on property prices, market trends, and competitors.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Skills

  1.  Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relation).
  2.  At least one year of experience in real estate sales or in a related field.
  3.  Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  4.  Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  5.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  6.  High ability of dealing with different kinds of customers.
  7. Very Good in English
