Real estate roles: Support the NEAL Cluster Real Estate responsible for the timely completion of property transactions including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing Middle East Region portfolio.
· Responsible for Maintaining, updating and analyze the portfolio details on the RE global systems, dashboards and insure updating details of lease financials & contracts’ validity.
· Reports and delivers results to the senior leadership team.
· Responsible for implementation of a full due diligence process.
· Manage Local RE team members on process of sale, disposal, renewals, or new expansions
· Manage local & framework external RE Consultants (JLL, Savills, C&W…etc.) on delivering new requirements.
. Responsible for the deployment of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) for an extended scope (sites/ domains/technologies/methodologies/tools).
Project management roles:
· Establish and maintain a master schedule and benchmarks for each project.
· Establish and maintain the project budget!
· Coordinate, set-up and participate in program planning meetings and manage metric information for KPI’s for the delivery of the program.
· Work with Finance to ensure proper initial planning documents are completed , Business case is raised & fully approved .
· assist with monthly project compliance to budget and forecasting needs, share updated reports for Management & stakeholders.
· Possess the ability to assess existing site/building conditions, plans and criteria to determine scope of work and/or identify challenges or obstacles associated with Capital Improvement projects in the existing Customer Service Centers throughout the region.
· Manage multiple resources and disciplines of construction consultants, Contractors & vendors within a given project, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
· Work with internal partnerships to create solutions for new and existing sites.
· Define and execute design through concept and space planning methods and documentation.
Business Analysis roles:
Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! This is a strong techno functional role, accountable for understanding business pain points and problems and solve them through analytics. Sound knowledge in supply chain process flows and understanding of analytical technologies like ETL, BI, RPA and DS are mandatory.
· Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions.
· To serve as a bridge between business and technical (data team) in identifying the data, collecting it for the ETL team to transform and provide actionable insights.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
· Analyzing the data and creating dashboards which displays actionable insights to stake holders.
· Interact with Regional and global Data Platform leaders and understand data flows that integrate into Tableau/analytics.
· Business process flow knowledge in ERP is required to understand the required insights/KPI’s and understand business pain points.
· Exposure or hands on in RPA tools to automate the business processes and free up business team’s energy.
· Clear understanding of Data bases / data warehouse/ Data lakes. Demonstrate strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
· Finding the right data sources from ERP and best of breed applications for the business requirements and sharing them to technical data team. Need a person who understand SAP, Kinaxis and other applications etc.
· Adding growth value to business by analyzing the existing data points and Identify automation opportunities.
· Ability to identify new use cases in BI, RPA, or DS.
· Ability to check the data availability in data warehouse/data lakes for the initial analysis.
· Understand data governance, quality and security and integrate analytics with these corporate platforms.
· Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External About You
Real estate, BA/BS , Engineering or equivalent experience. Construction Estimating experience is necessary. Experience with CAD / Revit and reading drawings and floor plans. Knowledge of space planning and design. Extensive knowledge of project management techniques. 7+ years of commercial real estate project management experience. Knowledge of construction methods and facilities process and execution. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customer types. Creative problem-solving skills Essential time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Excellent organization methods Strong and effective leadership skills Possess “out of the box” and forward thinking thought process. In depth knowledge of Green/smart buildings, sustainability & LEED certification. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues. Proficiency in Visualization tools like tableau, ETL tools like Informatica, Glue and Snap logic and Automation tools like UI path are an added advantage. Business / Soft Skills: Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills. Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions. Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources. Ability to delegate where appropriate. Must be a strong team player/leader.
