Identifies missing information from Transparency Dashboard, and follows up with relevant program teams to update projects related data in Quantum to clear any pending tasks related to the transparency dashboard. Monitors program teams reporting on projects indicators and results. Monitors projects closure dashboard and assists the program associates to close the projects operationally and financially.Learn Continuously:

Minimum of 6 years (with secondary education) or 3 years (with a university degree) of relevant experience in administration or management or other relevant programmes at the national and/or international level.
Required skills:
Proven track record of excellent drafting, formulation and reporting skills. Demonstrated experience in producing and editing documents with accuracy and professionalism. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Desired skills in addition to the competencies covered in the Competencies section:
Previous experience with UN system. Previous experience in program/project management support. Experience in monitoring and evaluation. Experience in financial management.
