Job Description

Lead, monitor and assist the quality control engineers and their deliverables within the project to assure successful delivery within time, scope, quality, and budget. Responsible for quality control of the project.Work Experience: 6+ years with a minimum of 1 year being a leader.Education Qualifications:B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with information technology focus.Competencies and Skills:• Critical Thinking & Strong Problem Solving.• Good Arabic & English Communication Skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Excellent knowledge in Quality Assurance guidelines and standards. • Participate in the design process to understand, analyze, and influence the application/service/system to be tested. • Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and cases. • Execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyze the results, document issues, and prepare test reports. • Present testing results and progress to the management team. • Use Test Management tools to create, maintain, track and execute test cases; as well as use the Defect Tracking tools. • Analyze and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the R&D teams to diagnose them. • Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers are using the system; and check if the system is performing as it should have been. • Take over a Test Activity and feature/s lead; including planning, executing, communicating, tracking, and reporting. • Leading activity and test project capabilities include Planning, designing, preparing, and executing the tests. • Promote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong analytical abilities. • Excellent planning & Team Management skills. • Work efficiently with tight deadlines. • Work with minimal supervision. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Self-motivated. • Can work in a dynamic team environment. • Use reference materials to research technical issues. • Good knowledge about software development life cycle. • Good knowledge and experience in Team foundation Server. • Very Good ability in managing the Team day-to-day operations.
