Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

- Proactively carrying out site audits before/during/after mission.
- Address quality issues to concerned owners and assigning CRs through BFS and follow up closure.
- Provide technical support to customers and FSRs.
- Implement Customer’s training for the MV products in Badr plant.
- Issue Lesson Learnt Cards and sharing them within services team.
- Check hand tools & testing equipment quarterly for upgrading / calibration purpose.
- Support in troubleshooting site / repair issues.
- Create and update processes, testing procedure SAT, checklists & test sheets for all SE product ranges.
- Create incident investigation report and collecting all evidence - CID L2 Expert.

Qualifications

Qualifications
BSc Degree in Engineering. 2 – 5 years of experience in relevant field. Worked in a multinational Company. High attention to detail and quality standards. Team player.
