Job Description

Quality Control plays a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet quality standards.


Main Role Accountabilities:


-Inspection and Testing:


oConduct thorough inspections and testing of services and Internal processes to verify that they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.


-Documentation:


oMaintain detailed records of inspection and testing results, including measurements, observations, and any defects or non-conformities found.


-Quality Standards:


oEnsure that internal processes adhere to established quality control standards and procedures, including compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.


-Reporting:


oGenerate reports on inspection findings, including pass/fail determinations, and provide feedback to relevant parties.


-Root Cause Analysis:


oInvestigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, and work with other departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.


-Compliance:


oEnsure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations, such as ISO standards.


-Communication:


oCommunicate effectively with colleagues and departments to address quality concerns and facilitate necessary corrective actions.


-Training:


oTrain and educate personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization.


-Compliance Audits:


oConduct internal quality audits to ensure that the organization's quality management system is operating effectively and in compliance with established standards.


Quality Control Inspectors are essential to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. This helps prevent defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization

4. Leadership and Training Skills:

   - Capable of training staff on quality control procedures and standards.

   - Demonstrated leadership in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

   - Excellent reporting skills to convey quality results in a clear and concise manner.

5. Auditing and Monitoring Abilities:

   - Proficient in conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to quality management systems.

   - Ability to evaluate ongoing processes for compliance with standards and recommend improvements.

6. Process Improvement Mindset:

   - Continuous improvement focus to enhance quality standards and reduce defects.

   - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements.

7. Organizational and Time Management Skills:

   - Capable of managing multiple quality control activities and reporting requirements simultaneously.

   - Effective prioritization of tasks, particularly in high-pressure situations.
