Job Brief
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain quality processes across different teams in our organization. The QA Specialist will work closely with teams such as Growth & Marketing, Online and Offline Session Operations, LMS, Customer Experience (CX), and Content to establish standardized workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality output.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can audit current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop clear quality frameworks that enhance collaboration and operational excellence.
As the Quality Assurance Specialist you will manage:
1. Process Development & Implementation
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each team, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Design quality control measures to ensure each team meets performance and efficiency benchmarks.
- Work with department leads to tailor quality processes specific to their operations.
2. Auditing & Quality Checks
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and quality metrics for continuous improvement.
3. Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with the Growth & Marketing, Online/Offline Session Ops, LMS, CX, and Content teams to align quality processes with business goals.
- Train team members on best practices, process adherence, and quality control measures.
- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions and communication.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Analyze process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously refine and optimize quality processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in quality management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operational strategy.
- Strong process development and auditing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams.
- Experience in training and guiding teams to quality standards.
- Background in marketing, operations, content, or customer experience is a plus.
- High attention to details.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement.
- Experience in EdTech, or Digital Services is a plus.
