- Analyze & Report the Operational performance concerning the applied changes by technical teams to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery to the customers.
- Evaluate the services performance concerning the Quality of Service offered through all channels.
- Provide clear insight into performance drivers which impact performance.
- Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience & feedback.
- Hold meetings with managerial and non-managerial level teams to find common ground and sustain system stability.
- Design with team managers the quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances.
- Compile and track performance for teams and individual levels.
Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires.
- Create and develop training materials to train team members delivering the best customer experience.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar field [E-payment field is preferred].
- Working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and concepts.
- High flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- High-level communication skills (verbal & written).
- Certifications in Data Analysis, Power BI, or Quality Assurance are a plus.
