Job Description
● Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. ● Collaborate with developers to understand software functionality and design appropriate test strategies. ● Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). ● Perform regression testing and ensure new features and fixes are covered in automated test scripts. ● Analyze test results, identify patterns in issues, and suggest improvements to the automation process. ● Write and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans. ● Assist in manual testing efforts when required to validate edge cases.
Requirements● 1 to 3 years of experience in QA automation testing for web and mobile apps. ● Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress). ● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools. ● Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for automation scripts. ● Knowledge of version control systems like Git. ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
