Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and implementing new quality standards and processes to enhance the overall service quality of our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that our processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Participate in the creation and implementation of new quality standards, processes, and guidelines to improve service delivery.
- Action Plan Development: Create detailed action plans that define processes, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the plan are clear and achievable.
- Execution and Updates: Execute action plans by identifying necessary changes to existing processes, drafting sub-processes, and preparing documentation for relevant stakeholders.
- Release Updated Processes: Oversee the release of updated processes by facilitating linguistic reviews, obtaining stakeholder approvals, coding, uploading documents, and announcing releases across the organization.
- Audit Scheduling and Management: Create and manage audit schedules by updating employee lists, assigning dates/times, and designating auditors for each auditee, then distributing the finalized schedule to stakeholders.
- Conduct Audits: Perform audits by reviewing past reports, conducting the audit process, and sharing findings with stakeholders, ensuring all feedback is integrated into ongoing improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
