Quality Assurance Associate - Rider Support

The QA Coordinator – Rider Support will provide exceptional customer service and support to our riders. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely resolution of all rider-related issues and to provide guidance and support to riders throughout their order journey.
Primary responsibilities
· Respond promptly and professionally to rider inquiries, including but not limited to: delivery issues, payment questions, technical issues, and complaints.
· Troubleshoot and resolve rider-related issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
· Continuously improve rider support processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor rider performance metrics and provide feedback to riders as needed.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with riders to promote rider retention and loyalty.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or support is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and multiple tasks. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
