Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
The German University in Cairo is looking for highly motivated applicants with B.Sc. or M.Sc. degrees wishing to join the Department of Quality Management and Accreditation Committee.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in all accreditation related activities and related reports required for the national and international accreditation agencies.
2. Following-up with the academic staff and accreditation units in each faculty on the courses documents ,reports needed for the accreditation.
3. Participates in the Quality Assurance meetings and takes professional meeting minutes.
4. Coordinating and assisting in the implementation of the quality management practices in each educational program.
5. Contributes to the reviewing of the accreditation catalogues for each faculty within the university.
6. Providing professional assistance about the quality assurance during the accreditation visits.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor/master degree in Business or related field.
• 1 – 2 practical years of experience in administrative position.
• TQM diploma is an added value.
• GUC graduate is an added value.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and German language is an asset.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Computer Skills.
• Cultural Competence in dealing with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
