QC Senior Engineer - Project Management
Job Description
Participate in ensuring the appropriate project delivery process from project & quality management perspective. Participate in building Project Management methodology with emphasis on quality practices. Collect & monitor strategic business development metrics in relation to post-bid. Implement quality gates for Post-Bid projects. Build KPI’s for Post-Bid projects. Contribute to develop QC framework and model across Giza Systems. Work with quality champions across the business to enhance the understanding of quality across all functions. Perform a regular (weekly, Bi-Monthly & monthly Quality) check on the delivery projects for different LoBs. Inspect running projects from PM/QM perspective. Liaison with Quality Champion from different LoBs to foster the quality culture. Conduct/Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to leverage delivery project management & quality management culture within Giza Systems. Ensure completeness of Post-Bid reports. Develop a post-bid manual of historical challenges and successes to act as reference for future endeavors. Participate in building and maintaining Project Management & Quality Control models for Post-Bid Continuously improve Post-Bid QC procedures & best practice Conduct RCA Root Cause Analysis for deviated practices. Generate & communicate improvement plans related to Post-Bid. Participate in Internal Business Development for Post-Bid Process Improvement. Coordinate with QA health-checks of projects KPIs and ensure solutions of challenges for better operations

Technical Skills
•PMP Certified, RMP certification is a plus.
•CISA, Six Sigma and/or TQM certification - a plus.
•Statistical process control knowledge and experience is a plus.
•Project Delivery Experience.
•Excellent English and Arabic Business and Technical writing skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science.
