Job Description

The QC/QA Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products within the printing industry. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of quality assurance and control throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality management systems that align with industry standards and regulations. The QC/QA Manager will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices.
  5. Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  6. Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes and maintain records for compliance purposes.
  7. Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement preventive measures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance practices.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  10. Manage customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
