Job Description
The QC lead will coordinate and manage the quality control activities within the software development team, ensuring that quality standards and processes are followed. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Lead QC Team: Manage a team of quality control engineers, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with project managers and developers to create test plans and strategies for software projects.
- Test Execution: Oversee and participate in the execution of test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with teams to drive their resolution.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their quality expectations, address concerns, and provide updates on quality control activities.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare and present quality control reports and metrics to management and stakeholders
