Join us Purchasing Supervisor in InterContinental Semiramis.
Your day to day
[Communicate with Engineering team to decrease the number of pending orders.
· Communicate with all departments to decrease the number of pending orders.
· To communicate with all department concerning any order not including full specs.
· How to develop the whole weak points that might appear through the operations.
· How to develop the team through attending training sessions and delegating it to them.
· To find new resources for all categories.
· Daily report to be provided to Department Head to clarify the pending issues status.
· Communicate with the Department Head for any info shared from other departments
What we need from you
-Minimum Three years’ Experience in Same position preferred.
-Previous Experience in luxurious Hotels.
-Fluent English language.
Demonstrate awareness and adhere to the occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
Be familiar with the Hotel safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures and operating equipment safely and responsibly.
Report security incidents and accidents in accordance with the Hotel
