We are looking for a Purchase Administration Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, file management, and telephone reception.
  • Handle and respond to emails and voicemails as required.
  • Complete specific and well-defined work assignments.
  • Communicate with individuals inside and outside the company to relay information, typically not involving highly sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Work under close supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
