Develop and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) software, SCADA systems, data, the Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and be able to interface PLC with Variable Frequency Drives.
Review, audit and redline the engineering WP as well as assisting in commissioning of new process control systems.
Identification and diagnosis of control system failures.
Maintenance of PLC change management software.
Creation maintenance procedures for end devices, transmitters and PLC logic.
Creation of instrumentation maintenance procedures.
Calibrate end devices including transmitters, control valves, and limit switches.
Lead the collaboration efforts between different department that are involved in the project/work execution.
