Description

· Review the Tender Documents completely.
· Prepare the Clarifications request.
· Review completely report about the project and identify the functions required for site survey.
· Attend site visit and pre bid meeting.
· Review the request for quotation (RFQ) and follow up with the suppliers all requirements.
· Review break down for materials as client requirements.
· Prepare the suppliers evaluation.
· Check and Review Technical offer and prepare comment if exist.
· Review the documentations of technical proposal as client requirements.
· Review the closing of project after tender opening.
· Reports on Monthly Basis on the progress of his Main Activities.

Qualifications

· Education: Electrical Engineering Degree
· Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience, specially in Renewable energy / solar
· Language: Good English and French is preferable
