Overview:
Bellezza Sanitary Ware Factory is seeking a talented and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions for our clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to promote Bellezza products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the project sales market.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical advice, product selection, and project-specific customization.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.
- Track and report project progress, sales activities, and market trends to management.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or similar fields preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
