Company DescriptionLesaffre Egypt is a subsidiary of Lesaffre and is 100% owned by the holding company with Lesaffre Egypt for Yeast Industry is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company for producing baking yeast and yeast extract.was established according to the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997, and registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Cairo Investment authority under No. 65570 on April, 14, 2013.Job DescriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop comprehensive global timeline for the projectCreate and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software, considering factors such as equipment lead times, construction timelines, permitting, co-activity, commissioning activities…Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that could impact the project timelineIdentify and monitor critical pathPropose solutions for timing optimization during the project realizationIdentify and resolve project roadblocks and bottlenecks, working closely with the project team to find solutionsCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis, including providing recommendations for corrective actionsFacilitate project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-makingPrepare and communicate 3-weeks look ahead scheduleMake sure all HSE policies are strictly taken into consideration in the time scheduleMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and lessons learnedProvide guidance and support to project team membersEnsure schedule reviews regularly with suppliers and contractors, challenge them, report and follow-up accordinglyDevelop specific time schedule for commissioning and start-up, including resource identificationCoordinate with Operations for commissioning and start-upQualificationsBachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in project planning, specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sectorProficient in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and construction methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven track record of successfully managing time schedule management on industrial projects from inception to completionKnowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application in industrial settingsEager to learn and get hands onComputer skills:Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, PowerPoint.Additional InformationThe position will be located in Nubaria, Egypt for the duration of the project.Project Planner will work closely with project stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement Team, Safety Team, Civil Works Consultant, Suppliers, Contractors… to understand scope, objectives, and deliverables.Project Planner will be accountable for creating detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities to keep project on track.
