Job Description
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
Allocate resources, assign tasks, and establish timelines for project completion.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project expectations to stakeholders.
Organize regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.
Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure project success.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
Track project expenses and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
Manage procurement of resources, tools, and materials required for the project.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly.
Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure it meets defined quality standards.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
Identify potential risks and proactively address issues before they impact the project.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, contracts, reports, and meeting notes.
Track milestones, deliverables, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare and present final project reports, including performance analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
Requirements
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Experience
:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira).
Skills
:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
