Key Responsibilities:
-Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, define scope, and set objectives.
Oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
-Site Operations Management:
Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with teams to meet project timelines.
-Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven
Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Risk and Compliance Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
-Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Provide regular project updates and reports.
Job Requirements:
-4 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel industry.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
-PMP certification is a plus.
Work Conditions:
-Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
-Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
-Location: The Courtyard Zayed, Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza
