Job Description

Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of LoB projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers. Key KPIs include:

  • Accumulative subordinates PM’s KPI’s
  • Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs
  • Manage a number of projects and take the responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
  • Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of a number of customer projects
  • Prepare Program plans, and review them with the Program Manager from the client’s side.
  • Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.
  • Follow-up the final acceptance for the whole program.
  • Monitor the program invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
  • Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager.
  • Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customer, as needed.

People management:

  • Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers.
  • Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle

Knowledge management:

  • Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.
