As a Project Document Controller, you are responsible for efficiently maintaining accurate records for all project-related documents, facilitating seamless document flow, and ensuring adherence to document control policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities- Manage and organize project documents on-site for easy access.
- Ensure version control by tracking updates and archiving outdated documents.
- Update construction drawings with changes from stakeholders.
- Ensure documents meet project specifications and company guidelines.
- Identify delays or missing documents and help resolve issues.
- Prepare document packages for meetings, tendering, and project closure.
- Take meeting minutes and archive them for future reference.
- Coordinate document flow to meet review, approval, and deadline requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date communication records with vendors and suppliers.
- Support audits with organized documentation and responses.
- Suggest process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- + 4 years of functional experience with real estate and/or construction background.
- Professional knowledge in construction industry methods and applications.
- Training in document control or archiving is a plus.
- Proficient using Microsoft 365 apps, Adobe document management software, and/or web-based tools.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong business communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Skill in teamwork, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail, effective planning, follow-through, and proficient problem-solving abilities.
