Description
· To direct the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.
· Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.
· Setting out and facilitating work for all direct and indirect labour
· Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
· Keep site records and registers up to date
· Assist in the preparation of Preliminaries
· Make sure that the deadline for completing work is met
· Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems, add efficiencies, and improve product quality. Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
Qualifications

Education: Bsc degree in Electrical Engineering
·
Years of Experience: Minimum experience not less than 13 years in the electrical field of the OHTL as site / project construction in contracting company.
Language: Very good English language is a must.
