About Flat6Labs and StartMashreq


Flat6Labs, the preeminent MENA-region seed, and early-stage venture capital firm, has unveiled StartMashreq in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the government of the Netherlands. This pioneering program spans two years, providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq, with a special focus on marginalized groups such as women, refugees, and minorities aged 18-45. StartMashreq emphasizes sectors like education, fintech, healthcare tech, and more, aiming to diversify economic prospects and enhance socio-economic development in the targeted nations. Its mission includes strengthening displaced entrepreneurs, empowering female-led startups, and fostering regional startup ecosystem integration.


About the role


As Flat6labs Program Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our start Mashreq program. You will be working closely with the Program Manager, entrepreneurs, stakeholders, and team members to provide administrative support and coordinate various program-related activities. 


 Main Responsibilities:


Program Coordination:


  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program activities.
  • Maintain program schedules, calendars, and documentation.
  • Monitor program progress and report on key milestones to management.

Administrative Support:


  • Prepare program materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage program-related correspondence and communications.
  • Maintain program databases and records accurately.
  • Help with travel arrangements and bookings.

Budget Management:


  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Create memos and coordinate procurement and payment processes.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and records.
  • Collect, analyze, and present program data to support decision-making.
  • Report on the entrepreneurs' requests and track their progress.
