Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Kaii Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing our brand presence in the MENA region. Your primary focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting our core service which is website design and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Familiarising yourself with the company’s values, vision, mission, products, and services.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting consumer and market research to identify potential clients and partners.
  • Applying for request for proposals (RFP) across various channels.
  • Actively generate leads, new business opportunities and partners by conducting targeted outbound activities through various channels.
  • Attending lead welcome meetings (online and in person) and delivering presentations, estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new leads and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Ensuring timely responses to potential leads in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Responsible for calculating and pricing projects based on the Project Budget Sheets provided by the Production Team to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Accurately transfer information discussed with clients during the sales process to the Production Team using the Business Development to Team Form (BD2T Form) and the Change Request to Team Form (CR2T Form).
  • Writing, quality assuring, and delivering contracts to clients based on company-wide templates.
  • Following up on contract signatures and project payments.
  • Documenting and tracking all sales pipeline activities using the company approved sales customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Overseeing the onboarding of new clients and effectively communicating project briefs to related teams.
  • Developing and implementing sales and retention strategies, analysing sales data, and contributing to marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other required documents.
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns (such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising) to capture the interest of potential leads.
  • Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and webinars, to attract and nurture leads.
  • Proposing innovative promotional tools and Public Relation activities.
  • Attending online and on-ground initiatives, interviews, podcasts, and marketing events.
  • Communicating with leads and clients through various channels.
  • Writing end-of-deal reports to analyse deal performance.
  • Upselling current projects and collaborating with the Production Team on upselling strategies.
  • Drafting new contracts, change requests and upselling requests.
  • Preparing quarterly sales report for new direct sales conducted and sharing it with the direct manager.
  • Filling in review form and discussing it with the direct manager in a meeting each quarter.
  • Developing methods to measure and enhance client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2 or more years of prior industry-related sales or business development experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in websites.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies.
  • Hybrid model presence in the office.
