Job Description:
You as a Production Supervisor will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Ramadan City, El-Sharkia, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems with the operation team and monitor the performance of the maintenance external service team.
- Support in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to operation staff.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- Comply with local and global standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to operation, quality and HSE.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibilities is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical, mechatronics.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the power products or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English language is required.
