Job Description

You as a Production Supervisor will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Ramadan City, El-Sharkia, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Your responsibilities: Lead routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems with the operation team and monitor the performance of the maintenance external service team. Support in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Provide technical support and training to operation staff. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance. Comply with local and global standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to operation, quality and HSE. Ensuring that the area of responsibilities is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Your background              A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical, mechatronics. 1-3 years of experience. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the power products or related industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Proficiency in both spoken & written in English language is required.
