JOB PURPOSE:

1- Ensuring the material availability (API, Inactive, PKG) as well as NON cogs availability on time.

2-Performing the material planning & manage any changes that may occur to ensure the production continuity & achieve the required forecast.

3-Monitor stock level & adapt to market changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

A) Planning & MRP:

•  Perform MRP for API & inactive.
• Adapt with any sudden production planning changes that may occur due to machines problem or forecast changes & react accordingly to follow our agility strategy.
• Monitor stock level & adapt to market changes.
• Submit weekly analysis report on the required materials based on the production need.  
• Submit Purchase requisitions for the required material based on the needed delivery dates.
• Convert Purchase requisitions to Purchase orders & send to the supplier
• Manage financial settlement related to the purchase orders to ensure that the suppliers will receive their payment on time & without any delay.
• Distribution Risk Assessment for all RM & PM received and participating in many investigations with our quality team and suppliers to ensure that materials received are in a good quality.
• Make a monthly delivery plan with close follow-up with stakeholders to achieve target on time.
• Scheduling plan for production with close follow-up for its implementation.

HSE Responsibilities:

1- Assure the full implementation of all action plans related to HSE, within plant logistics scope Commitment to the appropriate PPE use.

2- Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.

JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education: B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical sciences

Related Experience: 6 Months - 2 years supply Chain Logistics experience, preferred in pharma industry

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Computer Skills: SAP Athena
• Language Skills: Arabic & English
• Appropriate HSE Knowledge
• Multitasking
• Hardworking
• Good communication skills
