JOB PURPOSE:
Supervise day to day activities of the production process in the Cephalosporins area with ensuring strict implementation of the GMP & HSE rules and fulfil the production plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1.Supervising operators in Oral Solid Dosage form area during the production process, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.
2.Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of OSD department weekly production plan.
3.Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes.
4.Updating / Creating SOPs.
5.Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing processes.
6.Training new operators on different operations.
7.Collection and Review of the batch manufacturing records.
8.Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process
9.Assuring complied environmental monitoring to start manufacturing (differential pressures, temperature, and humidity) during the process.
10.Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.
HSE Responsibilities:
Ensure that the HSE policy is communicated to all employees under his control.
Ensuring from meeting all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
Ensuring that emergency situation fully defined and deployment for all employees and everyone know his role well.
Ensuring that the necessary HSE resources are available for the achievement of PASS objectives.
Ensure that all departments are involved and represented in the risk assessment team.
Ensures the adequate implementation of the Risk assessment, inspections and audits corrective actions at the due dates
Minimize the impact on local environment by following approved waste management system.
Others:
·Perform other duties as assigned.
·Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter.
·Respect of personal data protection charter.
·Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
Related Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
·Good Computer skills.
· Excellent Command of English
· Good Management Skills
· Good Communication Skills
