Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the production processes in the wood factory.
• Ensure efficient production workflows and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet company objectives.
• Supervise and train production staff to enhance productivity and performance.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Implement and manage quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
• Develop and manage production budgets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in production management within the wood industry.
• Strong understanding of wood production processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective production strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
Fundamentals of the Wood Industry:
• Knowledge of wood properties and types.
• Understanding of wood treatment and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and tools.
• Awareness of industry standards and best practices.
