Job Description

Location: Yemen - Taiz

Purpose:

Setting production plans for the factory and overseeing the implementation of the operating programs for the production divisions in quantities and specifications required and coordinating between the department and the other departments to ensure work is going according to set plans

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervises the implementation of the operating programs for the production divisions in quantities and specifications according to the required rates by coordinating the work between the various department
  • Prepares and monitor the annual budget 
  • Supervises the process of different production departments and correct any deviations during the production processes, study the reasons for deviation from the standard rates and propose appropriate solutions
  • Coordinates with the maintenance departments regarding the periodic and preventive maintenance programs and maintenance of the planned operations and the scheduling of their implementation
  • Oversees the management of raw materials movement from warehouses to production, taking into account the safety of storing them in the space allocated to the production department
  • Coordinates with the material planning manager to ensure proper implementation of the production plan
  • Continuously evaluates the work performance at all stages of production
  • Monitor and ensure the optimal use of the production elements (materials / labor / machinery)
  • Following up the implementation of the internal rules and regulations of the company, all decisions and commitment to implement them
  • Review the reports of returns from the markets and investigate the reasons for returns in coordination with the Marketing and Quality to work on the improvement as necessary
  • Participates in product development programs, reduce production costs and streamline operations
  • Bears full responsibility for the overall performance of occupational HSE regulations in the department while developing and following up on relevant plans to avoid risks
  • Following the implementation of the control procedures, taking corrective action and follow-up, prepare and reviews management reports regarding the performance HSE program.
