Job Description

The Product Manager for CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) is responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for cloud-based communication services such as messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS), voice, video, and APIs. This role involves working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to ensure the development of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric communication solutions. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure the product meets business and technical requirements while staying ahead of the competition.


Responsibilities:


  Product Strategy & Roadmap:


  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CPaaS solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify new opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.

  Product Development & Execution:


  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear documentation of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

  Go-to-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement:


  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning.
  • Provide product training and support for sales teams, ensuring they understand the value proposition and key features.
  • Work with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.

  Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product requirements.
  • Address customer pain points by defining solutions that improve the user experience and increase adoption.
  • Act as the primary product evangelist, presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and internal briefings.

  Performance Tracking & Optimization:


  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze product performance and usage data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize features based on feedback and performance insights.
