You as a Product Marketing Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in EL Sharkia, Egypt. You will be continuously coordination with the operational, supply chain and all the value chain cycle to ensuring adopting the right optimized solutions seeking to increase profitability and spread the product presence in the markets. Your responsibilities: Overseeing the related factory quotations and responsible for multi-functions bid coordination. Pricing responsibility/pricing setting empowerment based on the market intelligence/ Customer channel /competition landscape/ historical awarded projects. Covering the whole sales funnel from a supply side standpoint, from bid and proposal/tendering stage to price setting with the objective of speeding up the decision-making process and price decisions. This role is also instrumental for cross-factory bid at operational level. Overseeing appropriate Techno-commercial offer preparation, order handling & project management when applicable (one face/one voice for the Customer) for Distribution business; in charge of the operational sales, Contract management (one face/one voice for the Customer) for Transformer business.), operational capabilities). Seeking to prepare a compelling proposal that meets the requirement while standing out from the competition with a right sensitivity to the timelines. Focusing on increasing the factory hit rate of the quoted pipeline and having a remarkable cooperation with all ends to increase the pipeline. Coordinating with the operational, supply chain and all the value chain cycle to ensure adopting the right optimized solutions seeking to increase profitability and spread the product presence in the markets. Cross cooperation between different functions to ensure a putting a right governance for the execution of the assigned project and having the best of the factory available slots to be used for quotation and offering to the markets. Being a vocal point between the factory operations department, customer relation management with link of a new pipeline. Background Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering degree from first class reputable Universities. Preferred Commercial previous experience: Tendering, Sales, Business Development, Product Management. 2-4 years of experience in Tendering, marketing & sales. Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Point) Basic Knowledge of SAP. Multinational company experience is mandatory. Fluent in French is a plus. Structured and analytical thinking Networking, adaptability, and leadership. Communication intelligence & negotiation skills Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
