Job Description

You as a Product Marketing Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in EL Sharkia, Egypt. You will be continuously coordination with the operational, supply chain and all the value chain cycle to ensuring adopting the right optimized solutions seeking to increase profitability and spread the product presence in the markets. Your responsibilities           In charging of the related factory quotations and responsible for multi-functions bid coordination. Pricing responsibility, pricing setting empowerment based on the market intelligence or customer channel, competition landscape and historical awarded projects. Techno-commercial offer preparation, order handling & project management when applicable one face/one voice for the customer) for distribution business in charge of the operational sales, contract management (one face/one voice for the Customer) for Transformer business.) and operational capabilities. Developing relationships with key stakeholders and looking after customer relationship by showcasing the factory capabilities on a regular basis and acting on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales expertise) for each salesperson and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Driving better profitability through a right offering to the assigned overseas market through offering a right solution embracing a right commercial term. Being a reference point for the technical product features, to the salespeople and customers, through different go to market strategies. Conducting a right value based selling strategies through the different commercial and technical methodologies. Seeking to prepare a compelling proposal that meets the requirement while standing out from the competition with a right sensitivity to the timelines. Focused on increasing the factory hit rate of the quoted pipeline and having a remarkable cooperation with all ends to increase the pipeline. Your background               A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, sales and marketing is preferred. Multinational company experience, structured and analytical thinking is required. Ready to travel 2 times a year is expected. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
