Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and marketing to deliver innovative and high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals. The role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product features, and working with the development team to deliver value products as well as analyze market trends, track product performance, and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and passionate about creating products that make a difference.
Product Manager is also a leading role, this role will manage 10-15 less senior product owners/designers.
• Product Vision and Roadmap
• Managing and prioritising the flow of work for allocated Squads
• Defininng PI scope and approving PI Objectives
• Work with proposition and commercial team to understand the Business and Commercial requirements and introduce areas of change in the requirements where applicable
• Work with UI/UX team to build the customer experience
• Vendor Management and budget management for product
• Be a subject matter expert for the product and use this expertise to provide insight and clarity.
• Lead and Manage a team of 10-15 less experienced Product Owners and designers in one or more projects.
• Work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across multiple local markets, working within a joined up on-shore/offshore team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership team to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to drive business growth, profitability, and efficiencies.
• Ability to onboard new streams of work, squads, or business areas and to support the digital transformation of any project type
• Business Analysis and Product Management experience in IT products
