Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Manager with expertise in NetSuite Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and management of our HCM product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, NetSuite HCM solutions, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
Product Strategy and Planning:
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality NetSuite HCM solutions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work closely with development teams to deliver winning products.

Product Development and Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in NetSuite HCM and HR technologies.
Market and Client Insights:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in NetSuite HCM and HR solutions.
  • Implement processes for continuous product improvement and iteration.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in NetSuite and real estate technologies.
  • Any Other task assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on HCM or HR technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite HCM implementation and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically
