Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the discovery, definition, and development of API-driven products that are sold as a service, helping customers integrate loyalty program features into their systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring the APIs meet customer needs, and work across various platforms seamlessly.
  • Define product roadmaps and strategic vision for API products, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and customer expectations.
  • Prioritize product features based on technical feasibility, market demand, and business value.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define, develop, and iterate on API features that are reliable, secure, and easy to integrate.
  • Be the go-to expert for product knowledge, driving the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and usage data to guide iterative improvements and enhancements of API products.
  • Ensure that product features are launched on time and meet the defined technical standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in API design, security, and usage.
