Innovitics is now hiring for a SoftwareAccount Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes the overall responsibilities to manage the software products and plays an important role in the successful completion of the projects. Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market research and customer needs.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
Facilitate communication between teams to drive product development.
Define and document product requirements and user stories.
Ensure that all stakeholders understand and agree on the product specifications.
Oversee the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Ensure products meet user needs through testing and feedback.
Analyze product metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Present product updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of managing successful products.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and analytics platforms.
Understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
