Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Development team to meet objectives within the set turnaround time
  • Manage and coach Product Development team members to achieve professional and technical growth
  • Understand customer needs and competitors’ advantages and make recommendations for the management 
  • Break down features, themes, and logic into components small enough to be achieved in a single sprint
  • Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every release or sprint and keep an eye on their progress for any required iteration
  • Create and maintain the product backlog through prioritizing and sequencing its elements according to business need, value, or ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and top management to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle
  • Participate in the daily updates meetings as well as sprint planning meetings
  • Communicate product status, both internally and externally
  • Ensure that implemented product features add value to end users and increase company returns
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 4+ years of experience in a related position
  • Software development or business analysis background is a must
  • Excellent command of English
