About the job Product/ Brand Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Deal and follow up with advertising agencies in ATL & BTL activities execution.
  • Prepare detailed sales analysis (monthly, quarterly with YOY changes) Primary & Secondary
  • Set & prepare all marketing and communication activities for the products (new & existing ones)
  • Launch new products (variants of existing products & new products with new concepts) into the Egyptian market to suit the preferences and demands of the consumers.
  • Analyze competitors' activities and set a defensive contingency action plan.
  • Digital Media coordination as well as initiation of engagement activities to increase the product penetration into the Egyptian market.
  • Handle full product launch events and product/s introductory presentations to the distribution team.
  • Prepare all the necessary POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for the new & existing products.
  • Prepare detailed activation plans for the brands to include: sampling, Shelf space renting, salesmen incentives, and presence in key destinations.
  • Identify full competition understanding, pricing strategies of our brands, and other relevant competitors found in the Egyptian market.
  • Manage and supervise New product development, from R&D through packaging, design, a promotional campaign to finally launching a product.
  • Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups, focusing on both business growth and client retention as well as getting new insights & opportunities for growing the business.

To be successful in the role, you should have:


  • Bachelor's degree holder with a Marketing major or equivalent. 
  • Previous Experience from 4Yrs: 5 Yrs as a brand manager in a manufacturing industry. 
  • SAP user is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must. 
  • Excellent communication and Analytical skills.
  • Excellent user of MS programs.
