Responsability :

Representing Alstom Project management in front of customer. First Response to the Customer to provide global view of design progress, delivery status, issues, risks, claims, variations…etc.

Following up project engineering deliverables through the different design stages of the project (Preliminary and final design submissions). Lead meetings with the customer for design discussions and approvals.

Managing the RSK delivery to the destination (DEPOT or Temp. storage) with the support of the logistics and supply chain team.

Managing the RSK storage plan in cooperation and support of the PI team (Product introduction team)

Coordination & Supervision of local modification programme

Supervise reliability growth programme (FRACAS) during T&C and Warranty period

Providing to management regular reporting and performance analysis

Implement Commercial strategy with the support of commercial and legal teams.

Responsible for payment certification with the Client

Responsible for the correct deployment of testing and documentation; test planning in coordination with the production and the consortium member

Ensure all works is conducted under properly documented authority (e.g.: modification, repair, retrofit instructions, work order, etc…)

Managing the customer site employees: planning and coordinating their work, resource planning for the customer site, technical and administrative support for the employees

Coordinating and collaborating with appropriate teams e.g. Project Management, Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.

Liaise with designated local site Customer representative on all operations and access matters

Implements and enforces HSE requirements on site with the support of HSE team representatives

Ensuring that HSE specifications are maintained; ensuring the security for the teams

Ensure safety of all site visitors under the company 's responsibility

Regular reporting on status, special problems, shortages etc.; regular participation in PI Management meetings

Ensure all commissioning data is adequately recorded in BT designated tool(s) (e.g.:Maximo)
Job Requirement
-
B.SC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of proven working experience in railways and urban digital and integrated systems for same or similar scope. Min. 5 years PM experience.

Strong project management and leadership skills with high ability of managing multiple subcontractors

High knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning management processes, means and methods

Has good commercial awareness and knowledge of several disciplines within a sub-function and how their processes and resources interact with other disciplines within the sub-function

Has a budgetary skills and able to forecast the project budget and define risks and opportunities.

Demonstrates strong communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others

Competent in conflict and crisis management
-
Fluent in English language. Arabic preferred.
