Product Development & Time to Market Lead
Job Description
• Act as focal point between product owners, actuaries, finance, operations, marketing, IT, and distribution
channels in dedicated LOB.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to revamp, upgrade or develop new product/propositions and launch them
in the market.
• Share best practice and leverage relationships proactively with other markets to bring the best ideas to AXA to
help in growing more rapidly.
• Understanding of customer needs and knowledge of how products and propositions meet these requirements
and delivers value for customers and the business.
• Liaise with marketing to ensure that AXA’s products compete in the market distinctively and sufficiently
differentiated prior to launching a new product or revamping and existing one.
• Evaluate new ideas either for new products or improvements of existing products and services through deep
understanding of customer needs and customer feedback on current services offered.
• Scope, design and test new products or improvements to products and services in close collaboration with
functional and project owners.
• Facilitate a concept development process with clear milestones and activities.
• Build a centralized documentation repository for insurance plans by consolidating all lines of business: Life,
Health, Property and Casualty in documents that can be referred to; which facilitates market research process;
which would lead to faster decision making in introducing new products so that AXA would head the market.
• Manage the implementation of processes, systems, and training to ensure that propositions / products under
development are being effectively delivered.
• Submit quarterly dashboard for initiatives managed within TTM products/propositions.
Skills
Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in management and/or relevant field.
• Project management and product development certification is preferred.
• Sufficient Project Management experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in building and managing collaborative plans between all departments.
• Experience with quantitative research and statistical analysis.
