ABOUT YOU

You are a Product Designer that understands the business requirements and technical limitations. You are comfortable with the responsibility of conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into personas, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. In the role of Product Designer, you will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product. You are also an experienced and talented UI designer who likes to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. Our ideal candidate will have experience collaborating as part of a multi-faceted and agile team. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions that balance both business and user requirements, and transform the user journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. Your primary goal is always to ensure a great user experience through the incorporation of feedback from user-testing and bring it to life in design. Job Responsibilities UX
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision Facilitate the client’s vision by gathering research, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Design and deliver personas, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions Make strategic design, and user-experience decisions, related to core and new functions and features Collaborate and communicate closely with teams, and other stakeholders, via a distributed model, and regularly deliver UX solutions for approval Take a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate the user experience Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas

Ideation & Design

Collaborate with various stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements; work with the UX-Team to develop the product Strategy for the planned project Participate in identifying and defining innovative, cross-disciplinary solutions for each project UX, Or Product design is responsible for creating “Personas, User Flows, User Journey Maps, Gathering User Needs, Creating Site Map, Wireframes, Prototypes” And support in “User stories”. Leverage user interface and design standards, such as material design, to set the creative direction and create a sturdy foundation for the project Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides and user flows to effectively communicate your design and interaction ideas Design all user interfaces required for assigned projects based on the identified templates and pages Present and explain the reasons behind your design decisions, Open to hear new ideas, alternative solutions take what best benefit the product and the business and leave what is not. Your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, as well as your own design concepts and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Present and defend your design decisions. Job Qualifications

3+ years of UX architect and design experience with skill designing complex solutions for complete digital environments Strong portfolio to be presented and discussed during interview Expertise in standard UX & design software such as Figma, FigJam, Illustrator, Photoshop, Experience in design software such as (Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Zeplin, etc. ) is a plus.

Basic understanding of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript) and code libraries to support collaboration with developers

Extensive experience using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. Experience working in an agile/scrum development process Outstanding interpersonal and business communications skills, both verbal and written
